Christmas is just around the corner. Are you the kind of person who plans ahead and gets all of your holiday shopping done early? Or, are you like me, and always waiting until the very last minute to get all your gifts in order? Typically, I am super detailed and a perfectionist by nature, which makes me great while handling the team's paperwork. But for some reason, when it comes to gift buying, I am usually stressing out and scrambling. In any case, I try to remind myself that Christmas isn't about the material items. What matters is most is family and surrounding yourself with those you love.
